
Enterprise Risk and Insurance Specialist

This position is responsible for coordinating and managing the organization's enterprise risk management, internal audit, and insurance portfolios.
- Coordinate the independent internal audit program, including planning, procurement, and facilitating internal audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Apply the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, which includes processes for identifying, mitigating, and appropriately managing risks to minimize potential losses.
- Manage the development, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Business Continuity Plan in collaboration with all business units to ensure seamless operations during disruptions.
- Educate and communicate with managers and staff on enterprise risk management principles and practices to foster a culture of risk awareness.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or significant experience in Enterprise Risk Management and/or Insurance.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated advanced competence in Microsoft Office Software and database use to efficiently manage risk-related data.
