Housing Support Worker Role

This critical role plays a vital part in enhancing the overall well-being of individuals who struggle with alcohol and drug dependency or homelessness.

As a key member of our Homeless Services Cluster, you will be responsible for delivering essential support to renters with complex needs, empowering them to maintain their tenancies at our Buckley Street Site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized support aimed at improving daily living skills
  • Support individuals in establishing and maintaining their tenancies at the Buckley Street Site
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans and service packages
  • Collaborate with clients to conduct comprehensive assessments, identifying needs, aspirations, and goals
