Support an individual with daily living tasks and promote independence in a dynamic community-based role.

Our organisation has been providing supported independent living and NDIS registered services for over 30 years. We have recently come together as Claro, the leading aged care and disability services provider in Australia.

We focus on empowering individuals to live meaningful lives through individualised support. Our team removes barriers, increases life choices, and fosters connections.

The Opportunity:

  • Provide daily living support around the home
  • Assist with hygiene and personal care
  • Chaperone activities outside the home environment
  • Support medication compliance, including prescription medication dispensation
  • Assist with meal preparation and meal assistance
  • Provide hydrotherapy assistance
  • Support slide transfers

Flexible shifts are available, including:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday - 08:00AM - 04:30PM
  • Friday - 08:00AM - 05:00PM

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Individual Support
  • At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
  • A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and comprehensive car insurance
  • NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months), & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
