About the Role

Are you passionate about making a real impact in people's lives? Do you love problem-solving, working with people, and being on the move? We're looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Product Specialist to join our Home and Community Care Team.

In this exciting role, you will use your product knowledge to deliver real results for clients in the community, while building meaningful relationships with therapists and healthcare professionals. The position strikes a balance with managing a referral caseload, as well as undertaking new business development opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on Assistive Technology to a wide range of clients in the community
  
• Conduct trials and demonstrations of our market-leading Home & Community Care equipment
  
• Work closely with allied health professionals, offering solutions that support the health and independence of their clients
  
• Deliver education sessions and in-services for referrers to showcase our product range
  
• Build new business opportunities while managing a caseload of referrals
  
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals
  

About You

• A background in aged care, disability, healthcare, or sales
  
• Confidence in conducting product trials and speaking with clients, families, and health professionals
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Great time management and the ability to manage your own schedule
  
• Motivation to hit KPIs and deliver outstanding service
  
• Ability to safely handle and transport equipment
  

Required Licences and Compliance Checks

• A full Australian driver's license
  
• Current National Criminal records check (or willingness to obtain)
  
• Current Working with Children check (or willingness to obtain)
  
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  
• Vaccinations (flu and covid 19 including booster or medical exemption)
  
• Working Rights in Australia
