About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Residential Division Marketing team at Illinois Tool Works. As a pivotal member of our close-knit crew, you will play a key role in driving strategic marketing initiatives aimed at fortifying the Paslode and Stockade brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Trade Marketing Manager in managing and implementing trade marketing activities for trade customers in Australia.
  • Develop and deliver content and collateral to support brand and product collateral, technical communications, internal and external presentations for the Australian market.
  • Coordinate events and promotions for the Australian market.
  • Work closely with product teams to support the delivery of all product go-to-market plans for Australia in collaboration with ANZ.
  • Support trade marketing and product teams to deliver packaging and merchandising solutions across our Australian Channel.
  • Manage all division-owned digital assets, including file management, maintenance, deployment, and channel execution (ANZ).
  • Own the in-house graphic design function to support ANZ trade marketing calendar execution, campaign support, and website updates (ANZ).
  • Champion the maintenance, continued refinement, and consistent execution of the visual brand identity/guidelines internally and with agency partners.
  • Perform any other duties or serve in such other capacity as may be determined by the company management.
  • Comply with all ITW company policies and procedures, including but not limited to EEO and anti-discrimination.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualified in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, with experience in graphic design an essential part of this role.
  • Intermediate graphic design skills, including use of Adobe suite of design programs.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in a brand or communications role.
  • Experience collaborating with channel customers to develop joint marketing plans.
  • Experience with marketing campaigns and events from planning through to delivery.
  • Excellent business communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated Project Management skills.
  • Demonstrated copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • Passion for visual design and brand execution.
  • Construction industry experience valued but not essential.
  • Driver's License.
