Job Description:

A leading provider of quality training in the community service sector is seeking a professional Trainer to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and skilled individual to deliver training and assessments in a supportive environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in vocational training, with a focus on delivering high-quality education and assessment services. They will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences, conducting thorough assessments, and providing constructive feedback to learners.

  • Deliver training and assessments to meet the requirements of the CHC62015 Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management qualification
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Develop and implement engaging learning strategies to enhance learner engagement and retention

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and be able to adapt their teaching style to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Key qualifications include holding a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122) and possessing relevant industry qualifications. A current driver's license and commitment to quality and compliance for vocational training are also essential.

This is a part-time, contract role offering flexibility and variety. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality training and assessment services.
