Education and Training Sector Leader

We are seeking an experienced RTO Manager and Administration Student Officer to lead our Melbourne office.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the RTO, ensuring seamless business performance and effective stakeholder relationships.
- Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve successful outcomes.
- Develop and implement business and training strategies, collaborating with other departments and government agencies.
- Ensure compliance with quality management, funding, and accreditation requirements.
- Resolve queries efficiently and effectively, minimizing disputes.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably as an RTO Manager.
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and effective time management.
- The ability to generate reports and work independently in a dynamic team environment.
