Our mission is to leverage our expertise to create innovative solutions that improve the efficiency and functionality of NDIS services.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist in the SaaS NDIS Sector. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, providing training on software usage, and implementing sales strategies. The role also involves overseeing sales management duties to ensure targets are met and clients are satisfied. This position is located in Melbourne, VIC.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to conduct Training sessions for clients
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the NDIS sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
