Join a forward-thinking commercial department working on a high-impact Service Model Project. Our client in the public sector is seeking a skilled Training Specialist to design and deliver training programs that drive meaningful operational change.

  • Melbourne CBD location with a hybrid work model
  • Supportive, collaborative team with a positive and inclusive culture
  • Full-time, 7-month contract starting in September on a high-impact government project

What You'll Do

  • Assess training needs aligned with organisational change
  • Design and develop engaging, high-quality training content
  • Deliver training programs (in-person and online) to diverse staff groups
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and project teams
  • Coordinate training schedules and logistics
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in end-to-end training design and delivery
  • Experience in government or large, complex environments (highly desirable)
  • Qualifications in workplace learning, education, or similar
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Confident using LMS platforms and content tools (bonus)
  • Self-starter with strong organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • A strong understanding of inclusive training practices
