Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Guidance: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Customer Service Team, ensuring effective coordination of workload and workforce management.
  2. Team Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  3. Local Leadership: Contribute to the local leadership team, driving business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  4. Performance Management: Support staff to achieve excellence in their performance, promoting a high-performance culture that maximizes potential.
  5. HR Management: Apply HR management policies and principles, ensuring the delivery of service consistent with financial, HR, and administrative delegations.
  6. Cultural Awareness: Develop and apply a high level of awareness and understanding of protocols and issues impacting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, facilitating improved service delivery and customer outcomes.
  7. Workplace Safety: Lead and maintain a workplace safety culture, ensuring all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied.
Mandatory Requirements
  1. A Class C driver's license is required for this role.
