About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Wellbeing Officer to join our dynamic WHS team. This full-time role is responsible for staff wellbeing, injury management, and supporting return to work for our people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and facilitate injury management and recovery at work
  • Notify, report, and triage all incidents resulting in injury/illness to the relevant insurer
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to collect and collate all documentation required for the insurer and broker as required
  • Support the team with wellbeing initiatives
  • Travel as required
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications as an allied health professional or 2+ years industry experience
  • Experience in return to work coordination, workers' compensation, and/or employee wellbeing programs
  • Working knowledge and/or experience in a similar industry
  • Knowledge of WHS legislation and guidelines and workers compensation legislation (NSW, ACT & QLD)
