Job Title: Executive Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Executive Operations Specialist to join our CEO Office team.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled individual to make a meaningful impact on the organisation's strategic operations. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for providing expert support to the CEO and senior stakeholders.

  • You will partner closely with the Business Manager – CEO Office to drive executive priorities and deliver exceptional results.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, confidently managing sensitive communications and incoming requests.
  • Draft and coordinate high-impact briefing notes, reports, and presentations that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Identify critical issues and take proactive steps to resolve them before they escalate.
  • BUILD strong relationships across the organisation to ensure clear and consistent communication.
  • Lead and support projects that align with our CEO's strategic agenda, from concept to completion.
