Reporting to the Business Manager – CEO Office, this newly created role places you at the centre of strategic operations, supporting our CEO and Executive Committee. You'll be trusted to manage sensitive matters, drive key initiatives, and ensure the smooth running of executive functions. Day To Day, You'll
- Partner closely with the Business Manager – CEO Office to support executive priorities and operations.
- Act as a strategic liaison, confidently managing confidential communications and incoming requests.
- Draft and coordinate high impact briefing notes, reports, and presentations.
- Identify critical issues and take initiative to resolve them before they escalate.
- Build strong relationships across the organisation to ensure clear and consistent communication.
- Lead and support projects that align with our CEO's strategic agenda, from concept to completion.
- Help design and deliver executive meetings, conferences, and special events.
About You
It goes without saying you'll have exceptional judgement, and C-suite communication and influencing skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick most of the following boxes too:
- You thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and bring experience that shows you can handle complexity with confidence.
- You know how to act with diplomacy, patience, and discretion, especially when dealing with sensitive matters.
- Your written communication is sharp and clear, and you have a keen eye for detail. You can quickly and accurately draft correspondence, presentations, pitch documents, and slide packs.
- You're highly organised and adaptable, and you flourish in environments of continuous change while working with a wide range of stakeholders.
- You bring initiative and curiosity to everything you do. You're proactive in solving problems and take ownership of tasks and projects from start to finish.
- You know how to influence and collaborate effectively, and you're confident managing upwards to get things done with senior stakeholders.
