Electrical Supervisor Role

This is a challenging opportunity to lead an electrical team in a mining operation. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our plant and facilities.

You will work closely with other supervisors to achieve business targets and develop your team members to promote employee development. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience on a mine site, and knowledge of fixed plant maintenance principles.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement.
  • Develop and maintain safe work practices/procedures that meet statutory and company requirements.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages open communication and collaboration among team members.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • A recognised electrical trade qualification and a current police clearance are essential.
  • Prior frontline management or equivalent experience is desirable.
