Job Title: Electrical Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to lead our team and drive project success.

About the Role:

  • Plan and coordinate electrical works on site to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Supervise and mentor leading hands and sub-contractors to maintain safe working practices and efficient workflows.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to promote effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with site engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary or trade qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical construction projects, with a proven track record of leadership and supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
