As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our process plant and facilities.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with a mine life of +10 years.
- Collaborate closely with Process Supervisors and Mechanical Supervisors to maintain optimal plant performance and availability.
- Lead and manage electrical personnel to maintain and improve plant and ancillary assets, driving business success.
- Develop and implement safe work practices and procedures that meet statutory and company OHS&E requirements, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
- Provide effective direction and guidance to team members, promoting employee development and growth.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a commitment to safety and quality.
- Oversee the maintenance and improvement of plant and ancillary assets, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes that drive business success.
- Develop and implement safe work practices and procedures that meet regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to electrical personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Identify training needs and develop programs to support employee development and growth.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience on a mine site, with strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of Fixed Plant maintenance principles.
- Proficient in Pronto and MS Office, with excellent communication and planning skills.
- Educational attainment: Electrical Trade Qualification.
- Current Police Clearance and Western Australian Drivers Licence required.
