Ambulatory Care Specialist - In Home Support role is available for those who wish to assist clients to live at home independently. This varied and rewarding role involves travelling to visit clients across Northern Sydney and Lower North Shore suburbs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and connecting with clients by assisting with daily tasks – cleaning, tidying, washing and other tasks within the client’s care plan.
  • Transporting clients to appointments and shopping.
  • Preparing meals and providing social support or respite for family and carers.
  • Assisting with personal care including showering and dressing (if qualified/fully trained).

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to older Australians in the community.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse people.
  • Reliability and teamwork are essential.
  • A Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support is highly regarded but not mandatory.
  • An Australian driver’s licence and access to a registered motor vehicle are necessary.
