The purpose of this position is to provide top-notch administrative support and customer service within outpatient services. You will be supporting various outpatient services across the facility and are committed to patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-level administrative support and customer service in outpatient settings.
- Support multiple outpatient services across the facility.
- Ensure exceptional patient experience through effective communication and empathy.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.

- Flexibility to work varied shifts in the Ambulatory Care Business Unit (0700-1530, 0730-1600, 0800-1630, 0830-1700).
- Proven ability to communicate effectively (written, verbal, and face-to-face) with professionalism and empathy.
- Demonstrated organisational skills to complete tasks based on priorities and deadlines with ability to multi-task efficiently.
