**Position Vacant - In Home Care Educator - Woodburn, NSW**

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable In Home Care Educator to support a solo parent family in Woodburn, caring for a 5-year-old girl.

This position is ideal for an educator who is passionate about providing high-quality, individualised care in the family home. The role will involve supervising and supporting the child before and after school, ensuring her safety, wellbeing, and consistency in daily routines.

About the Family:

- Solo father caring for his 5-year-old daughter
- Located in Woodburn, where outside school hours care is not currently available
- Father works nonstandard hours and requires support to balance work and parenting responsibilities

Care Requirements:

- **Monday to Friday**:

- **Morning**: 5:45 am - 8:45 am
- **Afternoon**: 3:45 pm - 5:30 pm
- **Minimum 3 hours paid per shift**:

- Your role will be to provide care before she departs and after she returns, helping with routines such as breakfast, school preparation, afternoon snacks, and unwinding after her school day.

Hourly Rate:

- **$37.96 per hour**

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Children's Services (ACECQA approved)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (in a childcare setting)
- WWCC
- Police Clearance (less than 6 months old)
- Public Liability Insurance (once successfully placed)
- Medical Clearance
- Child Protection Certificate (refresher required every 2 years)
- ABN (this role is for a self-employed contractor)
- Photo ID
- PRODA RA (the office will assist you with this)
- Must be over 18 years of age
