About the Role

Our team of Support Workers provide day-to-day assistance to adults and children living with disability – supporting them to live independently and helping them work toward their goals and discover new passions. When your job is to give someone the freedom to live life how they choose, each day is different – and there's plenty of fun to be had along the way

We are looking reliable disability support workers to assist our clients in the Lidcombe, Menai, Little Bay, Whalan, Dee Why, Claremont Meadows area.

The right candidate will have flexible availability for various shifts available from Monday to Sunday.  Casual and permanent part time employment is available depending on your availability.

Duties and Responsibilities may include:

  • Personal care
  • Manual handling and hoisting
  • Social support and companionship
  • Appointments
  • Domestic duties and meal preparation

Mandatory Requirements:

  • NDIS Worker Screening check
  • First Aid and CPR certificates

Desirable Requirements - willing to learn:

  • Client Ventilator Management
  • Client Tracheostomy Care
  • Bowel, Bladder, Dysphagia Care
  • Mental Health
  • Acquired Brain Injury
