Learning and Development Manager

This is a dynamic role that involves managing and overseeing the learning and development initiatives within an organization.

  • Designing and delivering engaging training programs that align with the company's overall strategy and goals.
  • Conducting training needs analyses and building competency frameworks to ensure that employees have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
  • Developing and implementing blended learning solutions that include e-learning, virtual, face-to-face, and coaching components.
  • Identifying suitable candidates for training programs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver these programs.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs using data and feedback and continuously refining them based on insights.
  • Coaching and supporting leaders to embed learning into everyday practice and promote a culture of continuous learning throughout the organization.
  • Collaborating with HR, safety, operations, and other departments to ensure that learning and development initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
  • Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion and promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and coordinating the development of training programs and materials.
  • Leading training delivery and facilitation sessions.
  • Coordinating logistics and administration for training events.
  • Communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning and Development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Excellent facilitation, instructional design, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
