  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that learning programs are tailored to address emerging business requirements.
  • Lead a team of learning specialists to drive capability development across the organization.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with external training providers.
  • Evaluate and report on the impact, engagement and progress of staff development initiatives.
