Our Product Team is at the heart of that mission, working closely with insurer partners to optimise, maintain, and evolve what we offer.
We're looking for a delivery focused Senior Agile Delivery Manager to take the lead on coordinating delivery across our Product Team.
You wil work closely with both our insurance partners and internal product team to help manage strategic initiatives such as the addition of new insurance products to the Biz Cover platform as well as managing from day-to-day BAU updates and insurer-driven changes.
You'll guide a cross-functional squad that includes Insurance Product Specialists, BAs, Tech BA/DBA, developers, and QA, while also managing dependencies with our Technology teams.
This is a role for someone who thrives on momentum, clarity, and building strong relationships - both internally and with our insurer partners.What you'll do: Oversee Agile delivery across BAU updates, production issues, and strategic product changes Work with the Tech Delivery team to Implement and optimise processes across the Product team to drive delivery efficiency Facilitate ceremonies and planning sessions for the Insurance Product Maintenance squad, keeping priorities clear and delivery flowing Manage dependencies with Technology, Analytics, and other downstream teams to ensure smooth execution Collaborate with Biz Cover's internal Product Managers to align delivery with commercial goals and insurer relationships Identify and resolve risks, blockers, and delivery challenges early Use Agile metrics to drive continuous improvement and boost team performance Mentor team members on Agile practices, fostering a culture of accountability and self-organisation RequirementsWhat we're looking for: 4+ years in Agile delivery (Scrum Master, Agile PM, or similar), ideally in product-heavy, insurance, fintech, or aggregator environments Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across BAU, enhancements, and project work Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing at multiple levels Solid knowledge of JIRA, Agile boards, and delivery reporting Comfort working across both technical and non-technical teams A commercial mindset, with familiarity in pricing, underwriting, or insurer product processes a bonus Located in Sydney, or willing to travel to Sydney for Tuesday and Friday each week BenefitsWhy you'll love working here: Be at the centre of how Biz Cover's products evolve, working closely with insurer partners and internal experts Lead a skilled, collaborative team with clear ownership of delivery outcomes Hybrid work flexibility and a culture that values diversity, collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement Career progression opportunities into Delivery Lead, Product Operations Lead, or Head of Delivery roles Work in an environment recognised as one of Deloitte's Best Managed Companies in 2024 #J-18808-Ljbffr
