This is a full-time contract role commencing ASAP and running through to 30 June 2026, with the intention of extending further.

Key Responsibilities
- Champion Agile/SCRUM principles and practical frameworks across multiple teams
- Coach Product Owners and team members to deliver customer-centric product roadmaps
- Drive agile maturity, process optimisation, and delivery best practices
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Support cultural change for agile success and embed continuous improvement
- Lead enterprise-level agile coaching and transformation initiatives
- 5+ years' proven experience as an Agile Coach
- Deep knowledge of SCRUM, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks
- Strong track record in leading enterprise agile transformations
- High-level stakeholder and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with designers, developers, testers, and product managers
- Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or NZ Citizen
