Job Title: Agile CoachAs a seasoned Agile Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to empower teams, foster innovation, and drive high-quality delivery.Key Responsibilities:
  • Empowerment: Foster a culture of engagement, innovation, and productivity within cross-functional teams.
  • Coaching: Provide expert coaching to teams, focusing on Agile principles and methodologies.
  • Methodologies: Evaluate and implement Agile methodologies, such as SAFe and Scrum, to enhance project delivery processes.
  • Predictability: Develop strategies to improve delivery predictability across teams.
  • Facilitation: Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution to ensure smooth team operations.
  • Support: Provide servant leadership support to teams, empowering them to succeed.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven track record in a Scrum Master role, ideally within an IT/SAAS environment. Knowledge of financial services or banking experience is highly desirable.
  • Technical Background: Previous experience in a technical role, such as QA or Development, with a solid understanding of technical requirements.
  • Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
Desirable Skills:
  • Agile Practices: Strong focus on Agile practices and methodologies.
  • SAFe and Scrum: Proficiency in SAFe and Scrum methodologies.
  • Leadership: Ability to coach teams, lead by example, and provide servant leadership.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to empower teams to achieve results.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, comfortable working one-on-one, with a team, and with senior managers.
  • Facilitation: Skilled in facilitating discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
