About the Role

This is a key leadership position that requires strong technical expertise in live performance and event production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, train, and roster staff to ensure effective team operation.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to WHS regulations.
  • Coordinate technical logistics for events and productions.
  • Manage budgets and costings for technical operations.
About You

We are looking for a skilled leader with hands-on technical experience in live performance and event production.

Essential skills and qualifications include:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar technical or production leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of audio, lighting, AV, and staging systems.
  • Sound understanding of Work Health & Safety, risk management, and compliance in event/venue environments.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in technical production or project management.
Requirements
  • Current Class C driver's license.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Experience in local government or regional venue (desirable).
