Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned leader to fill the role of Agribusiness Customer Delivery Manager. This position involves leading a team of professionals in providing exceptional service to valued agribusiness clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a high-performance culture, identifying operational efficiencies, and ensuring regulatory compliance is maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of Agribusiness Relationship Associates across QLD & NSW, driving performance and capability development.
  • Champion customer-centricity, ensuring quality support and exceeding expectations.
  • Oversee operational efficiency, maintaining compliance and consistently meeting service timeframes.
  • Work to remove barriers and obstacles for your team by providing feedback and insights that enable change.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the bank to deliver seamless service.
