Transformational Performance and Operations Specialist

This role involves working with Area Managers to identify and address regional performance gaps, as well as upskilling and mentoring teams to enhance their capabilities and promote best practices. You will be responsible for reviewing compliance obligations and assisting in internal auditing processes, driving accountability and achieving performance metrics aligned with contract benchmarks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Performance-driven with a strong track record of achievingKPIs in employment services
  • Leaders and mentors who can coach, guide and support teamsacross multiple sites
  • Operationally astute, with knowledge of Inclusive EmploymentAustralia benchmarks, compliance standards, and internal performance frameworks
  • Analytical and solutions-focused, with the ability toidentify gaps and implement improvement strategies
