  • Key role in driving process standardisation, platform alignment, and data architecture across the country and API units.
  • Collaborate with central teams to ensure service visibility and consistency with functional roadmaps.

Main responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting relationships between functions as a trusted advisor.
  2. Shaping demand into tangible requirements aligned with project delivery lifecycles.
  3. Developing robust business cases for requests in collaboration with stakeholders.
  4. Maintaining process architecture alignment with services and capabilities.
  5. Demonstrating value to business stakeholders and showcasing its capabilities and flexibility.
  6. Appraising process changes for impact, working closely with Enterprise Architecture and Strategy teams.
  7. Supporting function during deployment phases to maximise solution adoption and benefits realisation.
  8. Facilitating alignment of strategy and priorities with changing priorities.
