Process Optimisation Analyst

This is a key role within the Actuarial Systems team, focused on process improvement and automation. The successful candidate will work closely with finance business areas to assess current processes and identify opportunities for enhancement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the assessment of current processes and identifying areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to reduce effort and risk through automation, digitisation, and process re-engineering
  • Executing processes and practices efficiently and effectively to enhance commercial outcomes
  • Documenting processes and solutions, and testing automated processes

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary degree in a Financial, Actuarial or IT discipline
  • Strong technical skills in programming and data analysis
  • Aptitude for learning new software tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Pragmatic and solution-driven approach
  • Ability to sense-check complex results
  • Understanding of risk products and the life insurance industry

As a Process Optimisation Analyst, you will be responsible for driving process improvements that deliver value to our customers and partners. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements that meet business needs.
