Job Title

A Process Optimisation Specialist is required to lead the transformation of our business by designing and refining core processes. This role will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of process knowledge and cross-functional insights, driving simplification, alignment, and smarter ways of working across multiple processes.

About The Role

This full-time position reports to the Process Owner and involves collaborating with Technology teams to support solution design, testing, and deployment. The ideal candidate will create and maintain process documentation, training materials, test scripts, and acceptance criteria for seamless execution.

Responsibilities

The Process Optimisation Specialist will be responsible for:

  1. Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and align practices across functions and states for greater efficiency.
  2. Supporting business readiness through process mapping, data cleansing, and stakeholder engagement ahead of deployment.
  3. Facilitating training, transition planning, and change advocacy to ensure smooth adoption and a successful move to BAU.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, confident working across both business and technology teams to drive alignment.
  • Proven ability to lead workshops, demos, and change initiatives, bringing people on the journey.
  • Experience in process design and optimisation, with 5+ years in retail, wholesale, or similar environments.
  • Hands-on experience with digital transformation, including BPM, ERP, RPA, and system deployments.
