About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned business analyst to join our team. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for guiding and delivering business analysis efforts on initiatives within our organisation.

Key responsibilities include conducting strategic business analysis activities, leading analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders to elicit and manage requirements, identifying opportunities to improve business processes, and mentoring a team of business analysts.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Conducting feasibility studies, defining project scope, and developing business cases.
  • Leading analysis activities, including defining and managing scope, requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation, business process modelling, data modelling and mapping, and associated prioritisation activities.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to elicit, refine, and manage requirements across their lifecycle.
  • Communicating analysis findings, progress, recommendations, and other project-centric material to stakeholders effectively.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve business processes and recommending solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis.
  • Experience in delivery practices and tools (Waterfall/Agile, Jira).
  • Experience leading a small team of business analysts (< 7).
  • Experience working with structured BA Frameworks.
