Job Title: Senior Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our data engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data pipelines and ETL processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable data architectures using Databricks, with a focus on data quality and performance.
  • Manage data flows across multiple systems, including APIs, real-time streams, and cloud-based storage solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality, reliable data products.
  • Develop and maintain data models and transformations using Python and SQL, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering, applying innovative solutions to complex problems.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing cloud-based data pipelines and ETL processes.
  • Proficiency in using Databricks to manage data flows and develop scalable data architectures.
  • Experience in data orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow, DBT, or Databricks Workflows.
  • Strong skills in Python and SQL for creating data models and transformations.
  • Familiarity with Spark, PySpark, Delta Lake, and CI/CD tools like GitLab.
