Your Role You'll lead complex analytics projects from segmentation and forecasting to AI-driven recommendations while guiding a talented team beyond operational reporting into advanced insights.
You'll be the connector between data, engineering, and business, helping shape our enterprise data platform and championing a culture of innovation through machine learning and predictive analytics.
Your ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and align data solutions with business goals will be key to driving impact.
Key Responsibilities Lead delivery of advanced analytics projects including segmentation, forecasting, optimisation, and AI-powered recommendations that drive business impact.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, helping unlock value through data science, insights, and machine learning.
Champion predictive and prescriptive analytics across Dulux Group, introducing innovative approaches and technologies.
Coach and develop a high-performing data insights team, fostering growth beyond operational reporting into advanced analytics.
Partner with business units to identify opportunities and deliver data-driven solutions tailored to real-world challenges.
Shape the enterprise data platform to support scalable data science use cases and enable future innovation.
