This role is an exceptional opportunity to drive strategic impact, foster data-driven decision making, and deliver operational excellence. As Manager Operations Improvement and Analysis, you will be the trusted partner of our General Manager of Victoria, working closely across sales, pricing, operations, cost management, and digital strategy.

You will be responsible for designing and executing game-changing initiatives that fuel profitability, efficiency, and scalability. Your expertise in data analysis, storytelling through PowerPoint, and Excel modeling will be essential in driving smart decisions.

A key aspect of this role is collaboration with Product, Business Intelligence, and Operations teams to align strategies and deliver results. You will also be expected to test ideas, refine them in real-time, and drive continuous improvement.

To succeed in this position, you must have an owner's mindset, taking initiative, moving fast, and caring deeply about results. Strong problem-solving skills, backed by 2-4 years of experience in MBB, PIP, A&M, Strategy or similar consulting backgrounds, are necessary. Additionally, you should thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects while staying focused on outcomes.
