The role of the Key Account Manager is crucial in driving revenue growth and achieving positive business outcomes for our customers and partners. This position is responsible for developing and executing a digital strategy with cloud, ISV, consulting, and SI partners to create incremental pipeline through partnership vehicles.
This individual will identify opportunities with key stakeholders within Iron Mountain and partners through account strategy and go-to-market activity, building strong relationships to drive long-term value and sustainable success for both parties.
Key responsibilities include directing and influencing lead generation activities to generate pipeline, aligning with sales teams on go-to-market plays to ensure alignment on goals by providing updated business plans and sharing best practices across regions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, as well as a proven track record of success in partner sales and marketing. A strategic mindset and highly consultative approach to partnering with internal and external teams are essential for this role.
Requirements- 7+ years of technology sales experience, positioning SaaS and digital solutions across large, complex accounts, with a proven record of accomplishment.
- Prior/current partner roles and experience are mandatory.
- Exceptional proven sales success working directly with customer decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Domain expertise in one (or more) of the following sectors: ANZ Public Sector, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy Oil and Gas.
