
Land Acquisition Specialist

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The focus of this role is to manage land acquisition and disposal processes, allocate road closures, negotiate leases between parties, undertake site inspections, and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Assist the Team Leader with property-related tasks as required and ensure that written and verbal correspondence provided to clients/public is accurate, timely, and in accordance with relevant legislation and policy.
- Manage land acquisition/disposal process for identified parcels of land.

- Negotiate lease agreements between parties.
