Landcare Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Groundsperson to join our team. This role offers an exceptional work-life balance and the opportunity to work on site at Albatross.

• Perform general gardening tasks, including mowing, brush cutting, edging, pruning, weed, pest and disease control.
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all aspects of work.

• Suitability for Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship mandatory)
• Current Driver's license
• High level of understanding and commitment to Zero Harm in the Workplace

• Family friendly roster: Monday to Thursday 0600-1445, Friday 0600-1200

As a Groundsperson, you will be responsible for maintaining grounds and performing various gardening tasks. No experience is required, as comprehensive training and support will be provided. We seek individuals who are willing to learn and adapt to a dynamic and growing team.
