Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manager of Client Services to lead and grow our IT services business within the retail industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing clients, acquiring new clients in the region, and working with their manager to build sector plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales/relationship/account management background, with at least 15 years of experience in Consulting and IT Services. They should also have prior experience managing clients in the retail vertical and a track record of interacting with senior client contacts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and present proactive proposals to clients/prospects
  • Engage relevant internal teams and service lines to develop solutions
  • Handle risks and issues related to accounts, including delivery oversight and governance

The Manager of Client Services will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team and make a real impact on our business.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in IT or Computer Science
  • Strong sales/relationship/account management experience
  • At least 15 years of experience in Consulting and IT Services
  • Prior experience managing clients in the retail vertical
  • A track record of interacting with senior client contacts
