About Radio Radar Technician
Radio radar technicians play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of complex systems. As a skilled technician, you will be responsible for fault diagnosis and repair, as well as installation and testing of radio systems.

In this dynamic role, you will work with cutting-edge technology to support national defence capabilities. You will be part of a collaborative team, working on installations, diagnostics, and repairs that keep vital systems running smoothly.

Some key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Fault diagnosis and repair of radio systems
  • Installation and testing of radio equipment
  • Technical report writing and documentation
  • Circuit board repair and maintenance

Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • National Certificate of Engineering (Level 4) in Electronics or equivalent qualification
  • Electrical Service Technician Practicing Licence (minimum)
  • HF Radio systems training and experience
