Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team, responsible for managing a significant portfolio of insolvency-based clients. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to account management and service delivery, with a strong ability to identify and describe insurable risk to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement insurance solutions for clients, negotiating and managing expectations
- Manage relationships with clients, underwriters, third-party brokers, and funders
- Identify and describe insurable risk to clients, providing expert advice and guidance
- Manage debtors and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Strong account management experience in general or corporate broking
- Highly developed communication and negotiation skills, with a driven and professional disposition
- Ability to multitask and manage own workload, with a proven track record of delivering operational results
- Preferred experience in mid-to-large accounts, with a strong understanding of risk management principles
