Role Overview

MILKRUN is a fast-paced and dynamic company that is revolutionizing the grocery game with same-day delivery and a wide range of products available in over 2,500 suburbs across Australia and New Zealand.

We are seeking a highly skilled Promotions & Trading Specialist to join our team and play a key role in driving business growth through effective promotions and trading strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute weekly promotions plans to maximize customer engagement and drive sales revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate and influence supplier agreements and pricing strategies
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize promotional strategies and improve business outcomes
  • Support the development and maintenance of trading partnerships with key suppliers
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a commercial or digital activations role, preferably in the FMCG or e-commerce sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze large data sets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with cross-functional teams and suppliers
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and collaboration
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing business requirements
