Commercial Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Director to lead our Australian and New Zealand Snacks category. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will be responsible for driving top-line and bottom-line growth, overseeing in-market executions, and leading a cross-functional team of Marketing, Trade Marketing, Demand & Supply, and Finance professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the business plan to achieve category growth, overseeing in-market executions and ATL and BTL activations.
- Lead the development of the category and brand plans, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy.
- Oversee the execution of media plans, including communication execution and media strategy.
- Lead a cross-functional team of four direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure successful category growth.
- Contribute to the shaping of our company culture and engagement across the organization.
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong track record in the consumer-packaged goods/food industry, specifically in the Snacking Impulse Category. You will have a degree and/or MBA qualification, with 15+ years of experience in a senior capacity. You will have demonstrated success in sales and route-to-market excellence, business acumen, marketing fundamentals, team leadership, and experience in leading customer teams. You will also have experience operating in a multi-cultural and matrix environment.
