Commercial Director

The Commercial Director will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in developing and executing sales, marketing, and revenue management strategies to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to increase revenue and occupancy
- Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Manage budgets and resources to optimize business performance
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a DOSM or Commercial Director in an International 5-star or Luxury hotel
- 5-7 years of DOS experience in an international luxury hotel (in or outside of Japan)
- 5-7 years of Director of Revenue Management experience in an international brand hotel (5-star or Luxury)
