We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Product Sourcing Manager.

Job Description

In this key position, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and cost savings across our product lines. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing and procurement planning to optimize end-to-end efficiency and reduce costs
  • Supporting growth by enabling strategic sourcing aligned to our business strategy, improving profit margins
  • Delivering commercial outcomes to meet our financial targets
  • Implementing a consistent cost framework to improve profitability without compromising quality or availability
  • Leveraging data and cost inputs to prioritize initiatives, integrating critical path management with agile execution
  • Engaging and partnering with stakeholders on category planning, supplier strategies, and procurement priorities

You will have extensive experience in general procurement activities, including sourcing, value optimization, and category planning and processes. You will also have experience leading commercial negotiations across multiple categories, jurisdictions, and stakeholder groups.
