- An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production & Sourcing Manager to join a dynamic team at Brandbank Group.
- Reporting to the Group Windows and Concept Manager, this role will manage the production of elements used across our Visual Merchandising and Store fit-out concepts, campaign shoots and brand presentations from concept creation through to final store delivery or execution. This role is required to maintain visual brand consistency and visual brand standards across the Group.**THE ROLE**:

- Source, cost, order and coordinate the propping, printed and hardware elements for the brands for both Windows, and Instore requirements, including Marketing and PR, VM concepts and in store fit-outs
- Source, cost and manage the Brands Packaging and Carry Bag requirements including inventory / stock holding of store packaging and store stationary items.
- Manage all applicable production processes including press checks, proofs, samples etc to ensure that all required elements are delivered on time and in line with budget.
- Assist in the production of seasonal campaign shoots, which involves sourcing propping and
printed collateral.
- Manage local and interstate freight bookings for all VM related freight.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with both local and overseas suppliers.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within fashion retail
- Excellent organisational skills including, prioritising time management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proven creative and visual merchandising skills
- Ability to Manage large projects from concept to completion
- Proven experience in small
- and large-scale print management across various industries
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
