Product Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and commercial Assistant Category Manager to drive growth and innovation within our eCommerce team. This key role will facilitate the sourcing of in-demand products, provide administrative support, and analyze market trends to inform purchasing decisions.
The successful candidate will work closely with Category Managers, Sales, Support, Marketing, and other teams to ensure product performance and optimize sales strategies. A University Degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field is required, as well as strong analytical, negotiation, and time management skills.
This dynamic role requires a proactive and tech-savvy individual who can use various IT tools to improve efficiency and productivity. As part of a highly collaborative team that drives Australia's eCommerce future, you will have extensive career development opportunities.
- Assist Category Managers in sourcing new products.
- Identify trending, in-demand products.
- Maintain product listings and promotional materials.
- Monitor product performance and recommend actions.
