Production Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee end-to-end production processes and negotiate with suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in production management or sourcing management, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
This role is responsible for ensuring orders are delivered on time and managing supplier relationships while upholding industry obligations.
- Lead sourcing and cost negotiation efforts across all uniform products.
- Oversee production processes from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers.
- Drive continuity and excellence in sourcing and production processes.
- Manage risks and ensure compliance with contractual and operational requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience in a production management or sourcing management role.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
