- Contribute to strategic asset management and delivery of minor capital works successfully.
- Manage risk management, system performance, and compliance across critical healthcare infrastructure efficiently.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, patient-focused facilities services in complex healthcare environments.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary facilities teams is essential.
- A solid understanding of compliance and risk management in healthcare or other complex facilities environments is necessary.
- Strong leadership and relationship management skills; customer-focused approach aligned to values are required.
- Experience managing budgets, asset management, and maintenance programs is highly valued.
- Healthcare or aged care experience is highly valued, but leaders from other complex facilities environments are encouraged to apply.
