Key Responsibilities:
- Lead facilities operations across designated campuses, implementing compliance protocols and maintaining asset integrity.
- Direct a team of in-house trades, administrators and contractors, managing preventative and reactive maintenance programs.
- Contribute to strategic asset management, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, patient-focused facilities services in a complex healthcare environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary facilities teams, driving operational excellence and collaboration.
- Sound understanding of compliance and risk management principles, with the ability to apply them in complex facilities environments.
- Strong leadership and relationship management skills, customer-focused approach and alignment with organizational values.
